have been clients of Holden Associates for some 3 years now and during
that time Holden Associates have provided the Company with a wide range
of Professional Services from Accountancy Advice and Regulatory
Submissions alongside Business Partnering Advice beyond the call of any
Accountancy Practice that we have experienced historically.
Jason Holden has provided us with critical advice and has acted as a
specialist advocate for Vamosoft Limited allowing us to have a
considered opinion prior to our Strategic Business Decisions in the
complex field of Software Development.
We consider Jason Holden as our professional business advisor and as a
personal friend to our Managing Director and we believe that any
business serious about forging a future in the competitive UK market
would be hard pressed to find any Accountancy Practice to meet these

were originally first introduced to Jason when he worked in Leeds at
our previous accountants. He was the first accountant we had ever met
who had a friendly face and wasn't all doom and gloom. He also
explained and advised in plain English so that even we could
understand.
We were greatly dismayed when Jason left the firm, however, we did not
know that he was starting out alone. We managed to stay with the city
centre firm for one year but the personal service was shocking to say
the least, and we were therefore greatly relieved and happy when we
made contact with Jason again.
We are always assured of a personal and friendly service whether it be
for straight forward accounts or advice on other matters. The northern
sense of humour is evident and greatly welcomed, furthermore, we can
state categorically that we are very pleased and proud to be linked
with Holden Associates.

have been clients of Holden Associates for the past 7 years. In that
time they have not only been our accountants, but also our business
