As many of you
may now already know the Companies Act 1985 has been given a ‘make
over’ with many of the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 being
introduced over the coming months in what could be described as a ‘drip
feed method’, with a target date of October 2009 for all the provisions
of the new Act to be in force.
