What we do, whenever practicable, is meet with all prospective clients at either their home, place of business or even a good coffee shop, which ever is the more convenient for them, to discuss their needs in detail. It is our policy to have this FREE initial meeting with all locally based prospective clients to ensure that we can all work together. |
The simple answer to this question is Yes! We don't have a 'type' of client, our clients range from start-ups with low levels of turnover to more established businesses with several million. We place a greater emphasis on our relationship with clients than their type or size. We firmly believe that to have a successful professional relationship we also need to like each other! For those clients further away the relationship works in pretty much the same way through the use of either skype, our online chat facility, winweb, or even good old BT, just without a physical person to person meeting. |
